The Greater Rochester Community Health Foundation has awarded $250,000 in grants to 20 nonprofits working to improve the health and well-being of people in New Hampshire's Strafford County.
Among the recipients is the Homeless Center for Strafford County, which will receive $10,000 to provide maternal, mental, and dental health services to residents of the county, the New Hampshire Union Leader reports.
The foundation's mission is "to improve the health and well-being and reduce the burden of illness of people residing in Strafford County and surrounding communities," per its website.
